Realty giant Sundream Group is poised to initiate 2-3 projects in the national capital and its surrounding areas within the next 3-5 years. To facilitate this expansion, the real estate firm is allocating an investment of Rs 2500 crore.
The funding for this investment will be obtained through a mix of internal reserves, equity financing, strategic partnerships, and institutional loans. The real estate developer is optimistic about achieving significant returns and fostering sustainable growth as a result of this investment.
Sundream Group’s upcoming real estate initiatives will emphasize sustainable architecture, environmentally conscious designs, green certifications, and the incorporation of smart technology. The company is also considering transit-oriented developments (TOD) along significant highways and tourism routes to enhance its portfolio.
These new projects are set to be introduced in Noida, Gurugram, and Greater Noida.
The real estate firm has recently finalised the initial phase of the Anthurium Business Park. Located in Noida Sector-73, this commercial real estate development encompasses a plot area of 20,002 square meters and a construction area of 1,052,000 square feet. Over 60 percent of the available spaces have been leased to a variety of prominent global and national brands, including McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, Costa Coffee, and Looks Salon, among others. The project is equipped with AI-ready technology and seamlessly integrates high-end office environments with premium retail spaces, creating an ideal combination of work and leisure.

The initial phase of Anthurium encompasses approximately 60,000 square feet of retail space.

In addition to these well-known brands, Anthurium is set to introduce several other national and international names, thereby enhancing its retail and dining offerings. The development will also feature co-working spaces, conference facilities, and wellness centers, addressing the needs of urban professionals.
