HSIIDC Industrial Plot Schemes

Haryana, a state that stands tall due to its incredible achievement in industrialization and arts, is not only a place on the map but also a special place in the country’s heart as the “food bowl of India”. Apart from the uniqueness in terms of culture and human resources that Haryana owns, its proximity to the National Capital, makes it an even more attractive location to buy a plot.

The Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) has been a prime organisation behind the industrial development and infrastructure in Haryana. With its strategic plot allotment schemes, HSIIDC offers promising opportunities for businesses looking to expand or establish their presence and become a contributor to Haryana’s economic growth.

This article will help you understand the HSIIDC’s Plot Allotment Schemes and how one can apply and avail the benefits of this scheme.

What are HSIIDC’s Plot Allotment Schemes?

The Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC), which was founded in 1967, has played a significant role in advancing the state of Haryana from one of India’s most rural to one of the most industrialised. By creating a new plot allocation plan every few years, HSIIDC provides a high quality of life, a strategically located economy that is growing quickly and sustainably, and practical governance.

The flexible and investor-friendly nature of HSIIDC’s plot allocation methods enables them to accommodate industries of all shapes and sizes.

These plans encompass a broad spectrum of industrial plots, which differ in size and are positioned strategically throughout several industrial parks in Haryana. The principal aim is to establish an environment that fosters industry growth and consequently advances the state’s economy.

HSIIDC’s Current Initiatives

Under its ongoing schemes, HSIIDC conducts auctions for various categories of plots, including industrial, residential, hotels, and more. Interested bidders can register through the application provided for this purpose. Once registered, bidders can participate in auctions by submitting an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and bidding for the desired plots.

After the auction concludes, the highest bidder (H1 bidder) will be notified. The successful bidder will then be required to pay the remaining amount. Additionally, the application allows bidders to access and view all relevant reports related to the auctions.

The currently running HSIIDC schemes are provided below:

HSIIDC’s Quick Allotment Program

To stimulate investor sentiment during a market slowdown, the Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) has introduced a rapid allotment program exclusively for “special category” entrepreneurs.

This initiative allows these investors to purchase industrial plots in select HSIIDC townships, such as Bawal and Roj Ka Meo industrial townships, through an “off-the-shelf” allotment process. This streamlined approach offers special category investors quick access to plots in designated industrial areas of Haryana.

Key Details of the Scheme

The HSIIDC’s allotment program categorises its townships into three categories based on project cost. This classification helps investors identify suitable projects based on their investment capabilities. Here’s a breakdown of the categories:

Category B Bawal, RohtakINR 20
