The 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Reliance Industries Limited concluded with a plethora of announcements on Monday. The Reliance AGM 2023 provided an insight into the path the conglomerate desires to take.

Reliance Industries Limited announced the launch of Jio Smart Home Services during its Annual General Meeting, the Reliance AGM 2023.
The Smart Home Services would encapsulate various home services provided by Jio including Jio Home Router, Jio Set-top Box, Jio Home App, Jio Home Security Cameras, Jio Fiber, and the soon to be launched, Jio AirFiber.
The consumer would be able to control all the Jio devices from their Jio Smart App.
The conglomerate also announced that Jio AirFiber would be launched on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi this year, on 9th September.
The company plans to use the 5G infrastructure to provide fiber-level internet speed without having to use any wire or cable.
The newly launched product aims to provide an internet speed upto 1 Gbps wirelessly.
Speaking at the Reliance AGM 2023, Mukesh Ambani, the Chairman of Reliance Industries Limited, announced that the company plans to provide approximately 1,50,000 connections per day.
