March 13, 2024: As per the latest update, the DDA is offering a huge discount on flat prices available under the Diwali Special Housing Scheme. According to sources, the DDA is offering Higher Income Group (HIG) flats at a discount of up to 15- 25%. The booking for these flats commences today (March 14, 2024). Interested individuals who want to book the DDA flats under the third phase of the DDA Housing Scheme, can visit the portal to get detailed information.
